My Apple Juice turn your apples into your own pure, delicious, non-alcoholic apple juice, pasteurised to last 18 months and proudly displaying your own bespoke label.

Avoid the mush, mess and methane that rotting apples become and enjoy the taste of your fruit trees throughout the year. Your juice is made from your apples – nothing is added. Every apple tree variety is different, so the taste of your juice will reflect the fruit of your garden.

When the season starts, harvest apples you would be happy to eat and bring them to us at the Cider Barn at Hungerford Park. Then, approximately 10 days later, return and collect your own-labelled bottles of delicious juice. There is no minimum and no maximum weight of apple;  a standard bucket of approx 7 kg will give you back at least 5 bottles. It couldn’t be easier.

'All our trout are grown at our extensive and low stocked farm near Hungerford on the clear flowing waters of the river Dun. The trout are given as much space as they need to develop and grow as they would do in the wild which provides an enhanced and delightful flavour. The farm was established over 100 years ago in 1907 and today it boasts over 60 ponds covering 19 acres. The topographical position of the Farm, near Hungerford, is unique because it is fed by the River Dun whose chalk spring source is only seven miles away. Two pure spring brooks also feed the supply. '
